It's important to acknowledge and process your feelings, but it's also important to take care of yourself. If going home will provide you with a safe and comfortable space to sulk and reflect, then it may be a good idea. However, if sulking will only prolong your negative feelings, it may be more beneficial to engage in activities that will help lift your mood, such as spending time with loved ones, exercising, or engaging in a hobby. Ultimately, it's important to find a balance between allowing yourself to feel your emotions and taking steps to improve your mood. **

If your girlfriend continues to sulk, it's important to communicate openly and calmly with her. Ask her what is bothering her and listen to her concerns without getting defensive. Try to understand her perspective and validate her feelings. Offer support and reassurance, and work together to find a solution to the underlying issue. It's important to address the problem rather than ignoring it, and to show empathy and understanding towards your girlfriend. **
